Civil Engineer from Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia, with more than 28 years of experience in project management and business portfolios in infrastructure projects, such as transport and energy.

His experience includes structuring of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects as well as leading the preparation of bids for road concessions in Colombia, for: Vía Pacífico (Buga – Buenaventura) and DCO (Doble Calzada a Oriente), Ruta del Agua (Santuario Caño Alegre) in Colombia.

As part of his international experience, he served as Project Manager for projects in Panama, Colombia, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic.

Before joining ISA, he served as Director of Business and Contractual Strategy for Vinci Construction in Colombia.
