The higher purpose and its maxims are the main declaration of the way of being, acting and the beliefs of the ISA companies; It is complemented by the Code of Ethics and Conduct, the Good Corporate Governance Manual and the Commitments to Stakeholders.
The Code of Ethics and Conduct compiles the guiding ethical criteria for the actions of all administrators and workers of ISA and its companies.
The Good Corporate Governance Manual compiles and establishes the set of principles, rules, means, practices and processes, through which ISA is directed, operated and controlled, seeking business efficiency, enhancing growth and promoting investor confidence in national and international contexts.
Interest groups are the set of people, organizations and institutions with whom ISA and its companies build and share common interests. ISA develops, consolidates and promotes relationship mechanisms and commitments with its interest groups to:
