The concession's inspection staff will drive along the corridor to monitor it and report any events in the operation.
Roadside assistance in the event of a basic mechanical breakdown
Tire change
In the event of a tire failure, the signaling and road assistance inspector will assist with changing the tire.
Battery charging support
Our team will support road users who have incidents due to the discharge of their battery.

In the event of vehicle failure due to overheating, we will supply water to road users so that they can get back on their way.

Road assistance in the event of a major mechanical failure or breakdown
In the event of non-basic mechanical defects such as major damage or breakdown, the road inspector will mark the area and accompany the user until the arrival of external services requested by the user, such as tow truck assistance, specialized mechanics, among others.

In case of accidents or emergencies, at Ruta del Este we will provide signage and road safety services in the incident area and will coordinate with the local authorities that will assist the user.
